What is your design approach?
Our goal is to showcase your photography in its most elegant and stunning presentation...to bring emotion to the page.  Your style, your images, and our eye for design, are what guide us.  We avoid design techniques that distract and instead, focus the viewer on the joy, the smiles, and the tears of the love story you're telling.

Do you use templates or design formats?
No.  Every spread starts as a blank canvas.  Every finished layout is unique.

I've seen layouts that I really like...can you do ours like that?
Show us what you like and we'll incorporate your input into the design.  For ideas, you can look at design samples on our website - or you can point us to some you've seen elsewhere on the internet.  

How long does it take to design our album? 
Typically one week or less. It depends on the number of pages and number of images and any extra touch up or image enhancements you may request. 

How do we proof our design?
When the design is complete, we post it online in a private slideshow for your review and approval.  We send you an e-mail with the link to view your design.    Click here for an example.

Can we make changes to the design?
Surely.  You review the page layouts online and request any changes.  We make the changes and re-post until you're delighted.  We allow 20 % of the spreads to be changed at no additional cost.  Changes in excess of the guideline are subject to additional charge.

How long do we have to make changes to the design?
Normally, we allow 2 weeks to request changes to the posted design.  If you have not requested any changes to the design by that time, we will consider the design as approved and the remaining balance will become due at that time.
